Some 10 years ago I commenced my engagement with yoga, slowly at first and then consistently at least 2/3 times per week since then. Peter has guided my practice and understanding of yoga through most of this period and I am extremely grateful to have made the practice of yoga part of my life and for Peter’s contribution to it. Old injuries and knee surgery were having an impact on my ability to maintain my outdoor activities when I started this journey. The continually improving mobility and well-being that has resulted has added greatly to the quality of life, my relationships with those around me and the culture at large.

Thanks Pete, for over 10 yrs of challenge and support. After two car accidents my back had given up the ghost but Pete’s constant encouragement and care, for those of us carrying injuries, or not, has increased my strength and flexibility to the point where I am now doing back bends. Impossible a few years back.
The Bondi and the Birchgrove classes are similar, we whinge about the degree of difficulty, laugh at our shortcomings and finish the class feeling relaxed and uplifted. It’s a treat, as are my fellow students so come and join us and share the journey.
